Metro Housing is a small, not-for-profit organisation with a portfolio of 500 long term and transitional tenancies located in the Inner West and Canterbury-Bankstown LGAs. It provides safe, affordable, and secure housing with exceptional service to tenants, while operating in a socially and fiscally responsible manner. The organisation’s values guide everything they do: professionalism, client-oriented service, and fairness.

The board is now looking for an inspiring leader who shares Metro Housing’s vision and can drive the organisation forward.

The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead Metro Housing into its next phase of growth and sustainability. The CEO will be responsible for the overall financial and operational performance of the organisation, ensuring alignment with the team’s strategic direction. You will work closely with the Board of Directors to set and achieve ambitious goals for the long-term sustainability of Metro, while fostering a high-performing and engaged culture.
