Role Purpose

The Program Coordinator will ensure the effective operation of our Client Care team based in Preston, which provides support for clients experiencing homelessness crises. This role oversees triage, intake assessments, financial support, referral services and outreach efforts, whether in person or via phone. This important leadership role will ensure client needs are met within funding guidelines and maintain accurate records, all while applying trauma-informed practices to achieve solution-focused outcomes.

In this role, you will oversee both the client support function and also the funding and budget programs that enable the delivery of the service.
